Le Mont D’or from Fromageries Arnaud, made and matured on the Montagne du Mont D’Or, in spruce bark and box. A vertical tasting of four vintages of Comtés AOP JURAFLORE Fort des Rousses, Gold Medalists at the Paris Competition. Two Morbier AOP JURAFLORE aged for 70 days and 150 days.
