The Lafage family, inheritors of six generations of expertise, is settled in the heart of Roussillon, at Mas Miraflors, a historic building from the 15th century, located between Canet and Perpignan. On their exceptional vineyard, which stretches from the Mediterranean coast to the foothills of the Pyrenees, Jean-Marc and Éliane experiment with Regenerative Agriculture (resting the soil, integrating compost and biochar, cover crops, terrace planting, ...). These practices, which guarantee exceptional biodiversity, aim to give more life to the soil and adapt to climate change, in order to sustain the harvests and further reveal the terroirs, giving more energy and freshness to the wines.
